Document Review + 20 min Parent Connection: $150

    I know these documents can feel overwhelming. I’ll summarize and explain everything in plain language and answer all your questions so you can feel confident and in control.

    Once I’ve gone through everything, I’ll share my thoughts and guide you on what to ask or discuss with your child’s school team. My goal is to help you feel prepared, supported, and ready to advocate for your child.

Document Review + 30min Parent Connection + Recommendations Report: $250

  • Customized Collaboration Report
    I’ll put together a clear, easy-to-follow summary of your questions, concerns, and requests for supports or modifications. I’ll also include any additional thoughts I believe could help support your child’s success.

  • Let’s Work Through It Together
    After the draft of the report is ready, we’ll connect for a conversation to review it. We’ll make any adjustments or additions to ensure it reflects your needs before sharing it with the school team.

  • Support with Communication
    How you communicate is important. I’ll guide you on how to phrase your message to the IEP team in a way that’s clear, collaborative, and effective, helping you feel confident in your advocacy.

In-Person Meeting Support:

$250 per meeting (2hr min) and $150 per additional hour

If you prefer in-person support during your child’s IEP or eligibility meetings, I’m here to help. I’ll attend the meeting with you to ensure you feel confident, included, and informed, guiding you through the process and helping you advocate for your child’s needs. My goal is to make sure you feel empowered to be an active participant in your child’s education.

*For clients that are not local to the Sarasota area, I am able to participate via Zoom

SERVICES

  • Payments for in person meetings require a $200 deposit. Meetings cancelled with at least 72 hours notice will receive a 50% deposit refund. Meetings cancelled outside of the 72 hour window cannot be refunded. 
     

  • While I am here to provide expert guidance and support in navigating the special education process, I am not able to offer legal advice. My role is to empower you with information and strategies to advocate effectively for your child, but for legal concerns, I recommend consulting an attorney who specializes in special education law.

  • Payments can be made via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo and are due within 24 hours of receipt of invoice.
     

  • Once you've received documents from the school, timelines can get tight. Please ensure you send over all documents promptly as I will need at least 72 hours to complete the work described within each package.
     

  • If my prices are prohibitive, know that I reserve space in my schedule to provide services on a sliding scale. Please reach out to discuss.
